Families who complete registration by October 31, 2026 receive a $250 voucher applied toward the first 90 days. Just tell us you are registering for the 2026 year when you reach out, and we will apply it to your first ninety days with the academy.
What the process looks like
- 01Reach outSend the form below or call. Tell us your scholar’s grade and roughly what you are hoping for this year.
- 02Meet with usA free, unhurried conversation. We ask about your child’s strengths, your schedule, and what has and has not worked. Nothing is signed at this meeting.
- 03Review the learning planWe draft a personalized learning plan for your scholar — goals, subjects, materials, and how progress will be measured. You read it before you commit.
- 04Begin the yearYour scholar starts, meets their teacher, and the plan begins. Families join us online, virtually, or in person — whichever suits your household — and we check in regularly through the year to adjust as we go.
Helpful to have on hand
- Your scholar’s most recent report card, transcript, or work samples, if you have them
- Any evaluation, IEP, or support plan your child already has
- A rough idea of your weekly schedule
- What you would like this year to look like for your family

How scholars attend
Families choose the format that suits their scholar. Scholars can attend fully online and virtually, with live sessions from wherever you are, and there is in-person learning for families who want that part of the week too. Tell us in the form which you are leaning toward, and you can change it during the year.
Cost
Tuition is based on grade level. Families receive the exact tuition for their scholar's grade during the free consultation. Nothing is owed to ask, and the first conversation is always free.
